What I Do

I'm a flibbertigibbet, with an interest in so many things. But what links them all is a passion for historic parks and gardens, and getting people fired up about them.

Dang, I'm pretty enthusiastic about most things, but my favourites are probably old playgrounds, productive gardens, undiscovered stories, interpretation that zings, families enjoying historic places ... and beautiful views.

I like to share these passions with as many people as possible, through writing, lecturing, training, running children's activities. You want me to abseil off Big Ben whilst shouting the names of my Top 10 favourite gardens? I'll do it!
